Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were received within the last 14 days
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized and confirmed for checkout.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Errors we are not responsible for, but are not limited to:
Any spelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation, bleed, orientation/alignment,
Misinformation (dates, numbers, quantity, amounts)
Folding mistakes approved by customer
Damaged fonts, wrong cuts, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, cracks and folds, or finished product size.
These inconsistencies are inherent in the printing process. We will work with each customer to minimize the errors.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We will not reimburse charges to rush ship any product. We assume no liability beyond the price of Your order.
When ordering through a third party, it does not absolve You of the liability to Safety First Printing. We will not be held accountable for printed items not being accepted in the terms. Reshipment will be at the cost of You the customer.
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
