Differences in Material

Cotton

Cotton is a versatile and durable fabric that is perfect for a variety of applications. It is soft, breathable, and absorbent, making it comfortable to wear in warm weather. Cotton is also a good choice for people with sensitive skin. However, it can shrink when it is washed, so it is important to follow the care instructions carefully.

Polyester

Polyester is a synthetic fabric that is made from petroleum-based products. It is a durable and wrinkle-resistant fabric that is perfect for activewear and other applications where durability is important.

Polyester is also relatively inexpensive, making it a popular choice for budget-minded consumers.

Shirt Sizing Guide Image

Sizing Your Image

Our image sizing process is based on location and application type. Our sublimation option uses a different size image per shirt size while other options use a consistent size per job as we have limiting factors such as material costs. This applies mainly to direct-to-film and screen printing as we are limited to 11x17 (standard) or 13x19 (extra charge).

Pricing

We charge based on application type, the quantity of graphics per shirt, and graphic size in addition to the cost of the shirt. Bulk orders will have a discount based on the quantity.

Promotional items are done by request as pricing will vary.

Proofing

Upon order approval and receiving a usable image, we will begin with a digital mockup of the apparel to get approval for placement.

After the digital mockup has been approved, we will make a sample of the product and provide a photo of the apparel.

Finally, we wait for the second approval before we continue with the rest of the order.
